I saw Dr. Fichter using the telehealth feature. I set up everything online and the lovely office staff reached out, answered all my questions, and supported me in the most wonderful way. Excellent customer service! Seeing my doctor in a video call for my appointment saved me a lot of needless pain and discomfort after a recent knee injury. I loved the option and Dr. Fichter made me feel as if it were face to face and in person. I wasn’t rushed and he gave me the time I needed and most importantly, he listened. He gave me exceptional advice and support and left me feeling hopeful and excited.
My communication with each and every part of this incredible team has exceeded expectations. I’m not one to usually write reviews but this experience has been uplifting, positive, and thoughtful. Everyone has been kind and supportive. I’m still mentioning the experience to friends and family days later. Well done!
