Amber Crawford is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning cannabis, healthcare, hospitality, retail, entertainment, and multi-state brand development. With more than a decade of experience in the cannabis industry, Amber brings a unique combination of strategic marketing expertise, operational leadership, and a deep understanding of the evolving cannabis landscape to Kaya Life.
Throughout her career, Amber has led sales and marketing initiatives across multiple markets, built scalable business systems, developed strategic partnerships, launched and grown cannabis brands, and helped organizations create meaningful connections with their customers and communities. Her cannabis experience includes leadership roles with nationally recognized operators and brands, where she has supported retail expansion, brand launches, team development, customer engagement, and market growth across the United States.
At Kaya Life, Amber sits as our Director of Marketing and leads marketing strategy and brand development across Florida, Mississippi, and beyond, with a focus on expanding awareness, strengthening community partnerships, improving the patient experience, and making reliable cannabis education more accessible. She is passionate about removing the stigma surrounding medical cannabis and helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.
Amber holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. Her background in hospitality and customer experience strongly influences her approach to marketing, where she believes that successful organizations are built not only through strong strategy, but through genuine relationships and a commitment to serving people well.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys playing and listening to live music, traveling, and being involved in the communities she serves.
