As Executive Director of Kaya Life, Lisa provides strategic and operational leadership across a multi-state healthcare organization focused on delivering safe, compliant, and accessible medical cannabis care. She oversees clinical operations, workforce development, systems improvement, and organizational performance across all locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a patient-centered standard of care.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and medical practice management, Lisa brings deep expertise in building scalable systems, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in complex clinical environments. Her leadership approach is grounded in accountability, structure, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on aligning people, processes, and performance.
Lisa began working with Kaya Life in 2019 during its early growth phase in Florida and has played a key leadership role in shaping the organization’s operational foundation and expansion. Over time, she advanced into executive leadership, where she now guides company-wide strategy and execution.
A committed advocate for patient access and education in medical cannabis care, Lisa is focused on advancing responsible, evidence-informed treatment options while supporting providers and staff in delivering consistent, compassionate care. Her work continues to center on reducing stigma and strengthening access to care across the communities Kaya Life serves.
