Very informative and helpful!!!! Gemma and Dr Steele were both very friendly and helpful. They both explained the process very well. I felt comfortable talking to the doctor about my issues and concerns. Gemma walked me through the whole process including the recertification and annual state fee for license. They made sure I was prepared for all the cost involved so there would be no surprises.

Dr. Fichter is most knowledgeable on all their products and what they do for you. He listens to your concerns and gives sound advice. Thank you for helping a soldier fight against PTSD. Now I am getting my quality of life back.
